¡Bienvenidos! This is a five-session, self-paced course for students who have never taken Spanish or had limited exposure.

Who is this class for?

​​

  • Students who have NOT taken Spanish 1 but want a taste of the language and some fun, online learning!

  • Students who don't know any Spanish!

  • Studens who have had limited exposure and want to keep practicing.

  • Students who are considering a trip to a Spanish-speaking country and want to learn some basics.

  • ​Students who plan to take Spanish 1 and want a head-start on the class.

  • Students who aren't sure they want to study Spanish in the high school years and simply want to get a feel for it.​​

What is class like?


In this short Spanish experience, your student will work through five self-paced, pre-recorded video classes (each video is approximately 25-35 minutes long) with accompanying homework after each video. They will learn and practice introductions, numbers, colors, how to talk about favorite things, and more.

What is the ideal age range for this class?

These videos are designed for students ages 10 through 18 who are new to Spanish. (If you have younger ones who are new to Spanish, check out this free sample of my Elementary Spanish.)

Does each student need a separate registration?

No, the price allows your entire family access to the videos and PDF.

​​

Are parents required to purchase materials for the class?

No, a PDF will be supplied as part of the class. I suggest you print this PDF so the student can complete homework with paper and pen :)

​

Will a grade be issued and do students take tests?

No. This is a fun, lighthearted taste of the language!​​

​

Can students ask you questions outside of class?

Students are always welcome to email me with questions about class or homework.​​
